REV2026: Early Lessons on Cluster Studies

In keeping with FERC requirements, ISO-NE has implemented new cluster study requirements for FERC-jurisdictional interconnection requests as well as new coordination requirements for Affected System Operator studies. One year after the initiation of the ISO’s Transitional Cluster Study, this panel examines how the implementation of these reforms has impacted interconnection timelines and costs for both FERC- and state-jurisdictional projects.
