Peter Sterling

Executive Director

Prior to being named REV’s Executive Director, Peter served for four years as the Chief of Staff to Senate President Pro Tem Tim Ashe. From 2006 through 2016 Peter led several efforts to expand access to public health care programs and was one of the leading voices in Vermont for a publicly funded, universal health care system. Peter was the Campaign Manager for Congressman Bernie Sanders in 2002 and has served on the school boards for Montpelier and the Doty School in Worcester as well as the board of directors of the Vermont Chapter of the Sierra Club, Vermont Conservation Voters, and the Vermont Natural Resources Council. Jonathan Dowds

Deputy Director

Jonathan brings a strong background in research, EVs, and team building from his time in the non-profit sector and for the last ten years as a research assistant at UVM’s Transportation Policy Center. Jonathan’s primary responsibilities at REV are member communications & services, PUC-related issues, issue research, and public engagement. You can reach Jonathan at jonathan@revermont.org.

Kit Price

Operations Manager

With her dual master’s degrees in Sustainability and Business Management from the University of Michigan, Kit brings a solid background in operations and logistics. Prior to joining the REV team, she worked for an esteemed professor and trailblazer in environmental justice, an experience that allows Kit to bring environmental, climate, and energy justice considerations into her role with REV. At REV, she is in charge of accounting and bookkeeping, day-to-day operations, managing the annual REV Conference & Expo as well as other events, membership retention, recruitment, & onboarding as well as aiding in outreach and event promotion.
