Located in Merrimack, New Hampshire, Energy Efficient Investments, Inc. (EEI) is a growing New England based energy services company and performance contractor that has been developing and implementing successful energy savings projects for our customers since 2007. We specialize in guaranteed energy savings through performance contracting for schools, municipalities, counties, and commercial concerns.

As a turnkey performance contractor, EEI’s construction and engineering teams are all in-house and work hand in hand to develop and recommend energy improvements for your buildings that include competitive project pricing and using the latest technologies (including renewable energy options).

Our firm’s typical services include energy consulting, energy auditing (both initial and investment grade), project engineering, programming, full HVAC upgrades and fuel conversions, LED lighting improvements, renewable energy solutions such as wood chip and wood pellet heating and solar, building envelope solutions, and measurement and verification of energy savings. We also work with our customers to secure financing, energy grants and rebates.

Unique to EEI is our full independence from any manufacturer’s product lines. We recommend open source, non-proprietary product lines which provide full flexibility in choosing service vendors.
