The Solar O&M Technician reports directly to the Chief Operations Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible to provide critical input and experience based leadership for renewable energy site evaluation, and technical operation and maintenance expertise.

The contractor sales staff is primarily responsible for the “in house” selling and will work in a team oriented office setting. The position generally assists the general contractor but also fields calls from a variety of other customers on the phone, in person, and over the net. Knowledge of lumber, building materials, millwork, and construction methods are required. Come join our Weatherization Team performing various duties to increase the energy efficiency of homes through air sealing, insulation, and ventilation. Applicant must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis, work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures, willing and able to position yourself to work in confined spaces as well as perform assigned tasks while crawling or in a crouched/ stooped/ kneeling position for an extended period of time, and able to use basic hand and power tools. You will be responsible for loading materials on and off trucks daily, cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment and for maintaining activity logs. Experience applying insulation materials such as cellulose and spray foam is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate! Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record and reliable transportation. Willingness to work overtime when necessary to deliver the project on time is a must.

The Wind Project Optimization Manager is responsible for sales and business development for one of our flagship product lines, known as the Bat Deterrent System (BDS). NRG Systems’ unique ultrasonic BDS reduces bat mortality and increases wind turbine power output by reducing curtailment due to bat interaction with wind turbines.
