This position serves both the Center for Strategy and Innovation and the Center for Customer Care and Energy Services to help the Burlington Electric Department accomplish its goal of transforming Burlington into a net zero energy city. This position provides project management and coordination support and helps to create an exceptional customer experience by exhibiting courteous and accurate responses to all customer inquiries and by proactively communicating information to customers about BED policies, programs, and services.

The Manager of Innovation & Strategy shall be a member of the executive management team at Burlington Electric Department (BED) and provide leadership, direction, and oversight of the Center for Innovation area of BED. – Foremen – Must have previous experience running large projects.
