Bethel Mills Lumber
The contractor sales staff is primarily responsible for the “in house” selling and will work in a team oriented office setting. The position generally assists the general contractor but also fields calls from a variety of other customers on the phone, in person, and over the net. Knowledge of lumber, building materials, millwork, and construction methods are required. Sales, estimating, jobsite visits, product research, pricing, prospecting, placing orders, problem solving, negotiation, trade show attendance, and other tasks are all normal activities during the week.

Come join our Weatherization Team performing various duties to increase the energy efficiency of homes through air sealing, insulation, and ventilation. Applicant must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis, work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures, willing and able to position yourself to work in confined spaces as well as perform assigned tasks while crawling or in a crouched/ stooped/ kneeling position for an extended period of time, and able to use basic hand and power tools. You will be responsible for loading materials on and off trucks daily, cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment and for maintaining activity logs. Experience applying insulation materials such as cellulose and spray foam is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate! Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record and reliable transportation. Willingness to work overtime when necessary to deliver the project on time is a must.
