The Communications and Marketing Intern will help maintain REV’s Facebook and Twitter accounts, assist in publishing newsletters, creating marketing materials and helping to update the website. Approximately 16 hours per week. Duties will include: Creating marketing materials as needed; Updating the website to reflect the most recent news and to update member profiles; Updating REV’s social media platforms; Monitoring comments on articles that are posted on Facebook and Twitter, commenting when necessary with fact-based responses (as directed by Executive Director); Compiling a weekly list of renewable energy and energy-efficiency related articles to be sent out to REV Members; Attending conferences and staffing the REV booth at events. Renewable Energy Vermont
REV seeks a team oriented person to implement a broad array of membership services, events, fundraising, and operations work. The events and membership manager will oversee organizing REV’s annual conference & expo – now in its 20th year as the premier comprehensive renewable energy event in northern New England, attended by more than 500 business, community, and government leaders. The manager also oversees all logistics for other REV events including Board meetings, annual membership meeting, legislative reception, and more. The manager oversees REV membership recruitment, retention, and services – including workforce development training. The position assists the Executive Director with board management and special policy projects. The position also includes administrative work such as office and data management, and legal filings, requiring the ability to interface comfortably with various software programs and great attention to detail. The Project Manager for Solar Solutions is a customer-focused position that ensures the successful implementation of complex sales opportunities in the global solar industry.
