Bethel Mills Lumber
The contractor sales staff is primarily responsible for the “in house” selling and will work in a team oriented office setting. The position generally assists the general contractor but also fields calls from a variety of other customers on the phone, in person, and over the net. Knowledge of lumber, building materials, millwork, and construction methods are required. Sales, estimating, jobsite visits, product research, pricing, prospecting, placing orders, problem solving, negotiation, trade show attendance, and other tasks are all normal activities during the week.

This position is responsible for providing stellar service to our customers in the store and in yard, pulling and loading orders for delivery, receiving incoming shipments, putting away inventory, delivering orders and maintaining the appearance of our store, yard and warehouse.

Applicant must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis, work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures, willing and able to position yourself to work in confined spaces as well as perform assigned tasks while crawling or in a crouched/ stooped/ kneeling position for an extended period of time, and able to use basic hand and power tools. You will be responsible for loading materials on and off trucks daily, cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment and for maintaining activity logs. Experience applying insulation materials such as cellulose and spray foam is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate! A Weatherization Technician is a foundational role in energy efficiency contracting. Capstone seeks dependable, career-oriented individuals with good problem solving skills and reliable transportation. The position involves general carpentry with an emphasis on weather-stripping, air sealing with foam and caulk products, and insulating with cellulose, spray foam and (very rarely) fiberglass. Additional work includes installation and repair of ventilation systems and heat pumps.
